We founded Mehlman TerBeek to offer professional and superior representation at reasonable rates with cost-effective transaction and litigation methods.

Collectively, the legal staff at Mehlman TerBeek have decades of legal experience. Steven J. Mehlman has been practicing law since 1980, and focuses on real estate and business law, handling both transactions and civil litigation. Marc L. Terbeek, an attorney since 1993, focuses on civil litigation, including insurance coverage disputes, employment litigation, personal injuries and business and real estate matters. Cynthia Hannon has been practicing law for over 24 years focusing primarily on family law issues. Jeffrey D. Kirk is a trial lawyer with over 23 years experience, specializing in real estate and business litigation. Practicing civil litigation with Mehlman-TerBeek, Tim Walker has been representing clients in both civil lawsuits and pre-litigation negotiation since 1991.
