Steven Mehlman has formed Mehlman Law Group. The new practice is located at 3050 Citrus Circle, Suite 203, Walnut Creek, California, 94598. The Mehlman Law Group will emphasize real estate and business transactions and all types of civil litigation. The real estate practice includes: purchase agreements and leases for both commercial and residential property, land use and zoning, loan modifications and claims arising from predatory lending practices, boundary disputes and easements, landlord-tenant matters, and water damage and mold. The business practice includes: formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships; preparation of contracts; employment and independent contractor matters, unfair competition; and commercial collections. The firm handles transactions and contract preparation, as well as lawsuits and arbitrations in each of the firm’s practice areas.
